Meridian was built on the collective experience of its founding team, gained over more than fifteen years of structuring investments, developing businesses and creating strategic partnerships across the real estate, mining, technology and energy sectors. Throughout this journey, we have participated in transactions exceeding €250 million across Europe and Africa, served on the boards of operating companies and supported the growth of innovative businesses through strategic investment and advisory in areas such as artificial intelligence, sports technology and industrial software.
Our team's experience also extends to the governance of a diversified single-family office with investments in quartz and manganese mining, automotive distribution, agricultural machinery, logistics for the Oil & Gas sector and other strategic industries. Working across different markets, geographies and sectors has given us a deep understanding of what truly creates long-term value: the combination of capital, expertise, technology, disciplined execution and trusted relationships.
It was from this shared experience that Meridian was born.
